Jennifer Lang is a non executive Director and Actuary with more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry.

Jennifer has held roles as Chief Actuary, CFO, and Appointed Actuary of a number of life and general insurers, and as a senior Partner in big four Consulting firms. She has been responsible for large teams performing the calculation and implementation of major customer remediations and has managed teams of data scientists as part of finance and actuarial teams.

In her spare time, Jennifer maintains a popular financial services blog called actuarialeye, which looks at the world through an actuarial lens.
